Welcome back to my blog :) today i think that we should talk about how this craft has been in the hearts of hindustani people and how they have modified and still kept the essence of this as it is.

The socio cultural analysis if we do for this craft, it will be very simple and easy to make i.e. the usage or the utility like the utensils and defence and attacking armour.
The impact of these motifs and designs was huge. The patterns were started being made on cushion covers, curtains, crockery and cutlery as well.

The influence of this craft came in India and others parts of the world and stayed till this time. The crafts like kashidakari, chikankari and different crafts influence from the motifs done on the metalwork.

The persian influence still remains in the southern Asian continent as seen in the monuments and minarets in the country as well.
Still the tea sets and hookas have the essence of this craft form in them.
An Indian muslim household still have those pretty caskets and ewers and jugs with them which have been passed on to them by their forefathers. The trays are sometimes still used for serving sharbat.
The motifs and designs can also be seen in the jali work and work done on same famous monuments.
The flowy and flowery, curvy patterns that we see on those beautiful Kashmir's pashmina shawls, the jackets for men etc. have their influence from none other than the motifs and designs that were and are still used in Persian metalwork.
